Week 9 Final Run

So, just completed my final run in this brilliant programme. Of course it was pouring with rain and I realised that during this whole thing I have not yet run in the rain - so seemed fitting to have a soggy finish. But what a finish! I was almost tempted to do a lap of honour - notice I say almost! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported me during this programme. Flamingo321 and Woodkin helped me with their supportive messages, but in fact everybody on this forum had a hand in my success. So thank you all. For those of you who haven't completed yet, you will. Follow this brilliant programme and you won't fail. Believe it!

It does get easier. I have a running buddy too so we meet 3 time’s a week which means I have to get up and out rather than “I can do it tomorrow”

We are hoping for a PB today 🤞🏼
