Well despite yet again forgetting to use my inhaler pre run I ran today for 27 minutes and at my fastest pace yet, not that far off 5k in 30 minutes, today's playlist of American 70s and 80s soft rock (Tom Petty, Toto and The Eagles) saw me home, very pleased and still absolutely amazed when I think back 7 weeks.

I am, to say the least, surprised. I was a runner at school about 30 years ago, maybe a tiny bit of that stays deep inside you despite all the years on the couch!!!
