Started C25k almost 9 weeks ago having never run before . I have one run left before I graduate . After my 30mins run my iPhone says I have completed 6.1k. Kids bought me a Fitbit for my birthday last week but that says 4.9k.... sole destroying !!
Not sure if I’m ready for the Bridge to 10k but need a sound track that encourages me . Don’t really want to keep doing week 9.
Any suggestions ?
