Had this run planned for tomorrow morning. However had a stressful couple of days at work and felt like getting out and blowing away the troubles. I was feeling fed up and lethargic and wondered if I would even complete the run but wanted time to clear my head. I didnβt need to worry. After the stretches and warm up there was no stop in me.There was no need to worry. I ran 4.74km and my pace was the fastest yet. I feel so much more lively now and got everything off my chest. I have been so inspired by the journeys I have read on this forum and couldnβt imagine completing C25k 8 weeks ago. Now I only have 3 runs left. How amazing is that? ππ»ππ»πππ»ββοΈ
