Finished my 3rd run of week 3 today. Yay!!!

Checked W4 and the amount of running increases considerably. Any tips for preparation?

Thanks in advance as always to this wonderful community

You just did all the preparation by finishing week 3. Take your rest day and take it slow and you will be fine. This programme works. You can do it.

Good luck and enjoy.

top reply, no need for further comment!

I was really worried about moving onto W4 but I just told myself it’s just a little extra I can do it, I think the important thing is just to keep moving, slow down if you need to, walk for 10/20 seconds in the middle of a run if you need to, just keep going you can do it, well done for getting this far x

We are in exactly the same place!

I finished it yesterday too and glanced at what my next run would be and instantly felt horrified nervous and excited all at the same time...this morning I noticed I was actually a little bit disappointed it was rest day ...so we can add delusional it to the list muddled emotions too😂

If my experience is anything to go by, just trust in the programme & you'll be fine! Also, the slow & steady mantra works wonders. And if all else fails, after the recovery day, you can just try again! It's a win/win situation all round :-) Good luck!
