Myself and my partner felt the same but there really no need to worry just done wk5 r2 and not had any issues with any runs so far even though there a little daunting as they get longer but trust the program it works and you may think you are not ready but you are 😀🏃♀️👍
I felt really nervous too, don't worry! It's perfectly normal to feel that way hahah, I couldn't fathom running for 5 minutes - I'm on W6 now, the programme really does prepare you for the longer weeks I promise. If you would have told me I'd be running for 20 minutes a few months back I would have laughed at you - but as long as you are slow, and breathing deeply you'll ace it. Good luck!
