Glad I was prepared for this one. Like so many of you, I felt euphoric after the twenty minuter, so set out with a spring in my step. Or at least that was the intention - though it's difficult to get a spring out of two lead weights! But I did do it - though I'll be honest, with 25 mins looming the run after next, it's knocked my confidence a little. Hopefully R2 will be a bit easier ...

Don't worry. W6r1 gets a lot of people like that. It will be that spring in your step. Make sure you set off slow and you will be fine.

You will be fine- you have faith in the programme and are doing really well. The next run will make sure that you are ready for W6R3
