Welcome to the club and enjoy c25k. I think it's brilliant, slow and steady 👏

Welcome. Am new to this too but a few weeks further down the line. It can be tough but well worth it. Keep us posted!

Welcome to the best running club in the world.... it’s very supportive on here and full of very knowledgeable runners and special mention to our site mentors Oldfloss and IannodaTruffe who always provide the best advice and guidance.

Happy running for your W1 runs.

Welcome! I'm only a couple of weeks ahead of you but am feeling loads of benefits already, after finding it really hard at the start. Hope you're soon into your (slow and steady) stride!

Look forward to following your progress

I’m new too. Just repeating week 2 as I was in Iceland for 8 days with no running gear. The first week I thought i would never manage a minute’s running. Now a minute and a half with repeats is easy and I’m getting a real buzz from it. Cant wait for week 3. Youre going to enjoy this!

thank you for the lovely replies! I've completed week 1!!! yay!!! I'm very overweight and this is having a bearing on my knees so I am really impressed with myself and I'm hoping to lose weight doing this too!! I'm also doing the c25k on a treadmill at home - not confident to pound the pavements!! anyone else like me? xx
