Lovely run this morning (okay I lied 😂😂) it was too warm for me even at 8.30am, legs like lead and wanting to stop several times. I just kept looking out to sea thinking how I’d love to cool down in there. I did it though and my pace is improving aswell. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️No where near 5k yet but hopefully will get better. I wish I’d done this over the autumn/winter months as I’m rubbish in the heat. Happy running everyone.
