Not sure what to think, legs not tired, breathing good, steady pace.. Only ran 1.25 miles before walking then walked/ran for 3.2 miles in total.
Will put this one down to experience.
Not every run will be perfect.

You don't say what it was that stopped you, so difficult to offer advice, but as you say, put it down to experience.
You are still a very new runner and you are probably making the newbie mistake of trying to get faster all the time. Just enjoy nice easy paced runs, which actually help create beneficial body adaptations better than running fast.
Keep running, keep smiling.
Had one of those myself today. Changed my music and route and stopped dead with 5 minutes to go, legs were good but something wasn’t working. Never mind, as you say chalk it up and on to the next one.
Relax and rest up.. then.. when you run again.. take it really slowly and steadily!
You are a relatively new graduate.. just chill and take some gentle, 'see where you get to' runs..consolidate the 30 minutes yes.... but vary them... some slow and really steady, some take a notch up maybe.. then try the C25K+ podcasts maybe too...
Make sure you are keeping a check on your asthma too!
