Do you count up or not?

I can't believe that I could have been so stupid way back last August when I first did C25K, then after being crippled with sciatica in January and having to have 3 months off I did it all over again. Still it never occured to me to tot up the Km/miles that I have run. I really do regret it now, do dyou count yours? :)

The app I use on my phone counts mine for me :) I've covered over 80 miles since I started the c25k in march :O

Oooh yes! My Garmin does it all for me :-)

I know by week the mileage and calories used, average run speed etc for over a year now!

Well I find it quite interesting :-S

Which Garmin do you have, Greg? I have a birthday coming up and hints need to be dropped.... :-). Think I've outgrown my Nike+ Sportband, especially as it said I'd run 10.27k immediately I'd finished the London 10k, which one assumes was properly measured!!

I got the 110, which is the entry level one. Gathers all the stats, allows heart rate monitors etc just missing out on some of the funky virtual training partner stuff which seemed a bit over the top to me!

I love looking at my stats on Endomondo, it's a bit nerdy but all the little bar graphs showing my mileage/calories really motivates me.

I've just hit the 100 mile mark since I started C25K in February. Whoohoo!

I am trying not to get too techy yet - only on week 2, but this appeals to me as bragging appeal! Downloaded endomondo few days ago, but forgot to switch to gps on my phone for Tuesday's run!

I didn't use anything other than the podcasts for the first few weeks, I probably didn't go far back then. I wish I did use it from the start but I never expected to stick to it long enough to need anything other than trainers.

I haven't. Have some stats for some of the runs but have decided won't be measuring distance etc on my nights out wtih the running club,. trying not to get too hung up on all of it and just enjoy it for the sake of it. (how long will that last i wonder?)

I've logged most of my runs on my.asics.co.uk Just check and 452km since this time last year, not including some I would have missed! My intention of logging was never to see the accumulation on miles so I never looked at it until now :)
