I’ve graduated!!!

I did my final run of Week 9 at my local Parkrun this morning. What has got me here is all the fantastic support on this forum and particularly the words of Oldfloss - slow and steady. Here is a photo dedicated to you. What a brilliant app C25k is and I’ve loved having Jo Whiley as my trainer.
