I and probably everyone else who has passed down this road before us felt exactly the same about the 20 minute as you do. You know what? we all got through it. Everyone tackles it differently I guess but the way I did it was to find 4 songs i love all approximately 5 minutes and put together a playlist. I just concentrated completely on the music and as the songs went by so the end came nearer, I barely listened to the commentary at all. Oh and don't forget slow and steady!!. Good luck. š
It's absolutely possible, every run to date plus the 1st 2 of week 5 are all preparing you ready for that run, every run you do strengthens your muscles a little bit more and improves your stamina.
Just remember though to take it slow and steady and you'll be fine
