Week 4 Done

Am a bit behind my fellow 'New Year Resolutioners' but completed week 4 tonight. Cant quite believe that I can now run (slow jog) for 5mins. Sadly my running partner (11yr old Labrador) has had to retire and stick to walking but it does make it a bit easier for me! The worst bit of tonight's run was my husband passing me in the car, driving along side me for what felt like an age, making (un) helpful comments GRRR!

Well that's just rude! I hope you'll find a suitable punishment for him later!

Well done BILMC. You're doing well, just ignore your husband it won't be long before he's stuck in traffic and you're jogging on by. Good luck with week 5 - just take it steady and you'll be fine

I think punishment ( for him) will have to be coughing up some cash for a bit of retail therapy ( for me). Running gear of course!

Aww. I had to stop running with my shepherd x during week 5. But after graduation you can throw in a shorter dog run whenever you want. Good job on getting to week 5!

Well done on your progress, hope you've got some cool clobber in mind!
