I finished week 4 yesterday and I'm champing at the bit to get onto week 5 tomorrow morning. Like you, I'm loving it. Fast approaching a milestone birthday so no spring chicken, but I feel like ... well, a spring chicken
I'm an old bird, 52 this week and graduated 4 weeks ago. Never been sporty or a runner but love the programme, did parkrun today and now run 5K 3 times a week. My Mum said I had "toffee legs", they are doing a very good job right now! Keep going, everyone who runs inspires others xx
Week 5 is a great one to achieve and the work you did in week 4 has put you in the right position mentally and physically to do it. Get a good rest, just take one run at a time and set a comfortable running pace too. Bet you are surprised and thrilled (but scared) too! Good idea to read the related posts on the week you are going to do, there are many people who have top tips but it is good to know others had to battle through it! Julie 😉
I know , running brings out the crazy in us!! Well done, look forward to hearing about week 5 x
You're doing fabulously S. Well done for getting up early and going for your run....I actually enjoyed my class this am...😉
Will run tomorrow I think....xx
