W9R3 done!

After a few hiccups and repeated runs in W8 I wasn't over confident, but am so proud to say I have done it with a really pleasant run in the glorious Australian sunshine. Very proud and looking forward to increasing distance next. After the consolidation runs of course, I was thinking about increasing the time of one run a week by 10%, not sure if I can bear the thought of going back to intervals but might try that too. For now, just so pleased and wanted to encourage my fellow middle aged beginners or lapsed runners to just keep going. It's a great program.

Well done! I’ve just completed too, although it was on a treadmill as it is pouring rain in Scotland. Doesn’t it feel great! A real achievement!
