Run 2 done. I found first couple of minutes a bit of a struggle, then I found my mojo and when SM told me 10 minutes was up I couldn't believe it, 3 minutes walking flew by and I was off again for 10 minutes, felt like I could keep going so roll on Saturday. If anyone who is reading this just thinking about maybe doing C25K, I say DO IT. Best thing I have ever done. Now lost 2kgs in weight as well but for me the health benefits to both my body and mind are the best thing. Still loving programme.

Very well done.. these lovely long runs are super aren't they.. you can relax into them and let the newly-found running legs just carry you along at your own happy pace:)

Keep it slow and steady and always have that little bit left in the tank :)

You're right (as always Oldfloss), your legs do sort of take on a mind of their own and yes still something left in the tank, feel so pleased with myself and am looking forward to Saturday

Me too love the smug feeling when everyone else is still in bed and the solitude of a new day 👍😀

Couldn’t agree with you more, such a fantastic addiction to have 😆 glad you found R2 ok. I also found the first few minutes a struggle.
