Not the best of mornings today. Stopped about 3 mins into the 2nd 10 min run and I'm not even sure why,yes I was blowing hard and legs felt heavy but I just seemed to give up which I was surprised at, hadn't done that since wk1 and the horrendous calf cramps. Also I had been thinking that I was going too slowly in general I know all the advice is to go slow and I really do go slow but used mapmyrun for the 1st time which confirmed I was not covering the distance I thought and that my pace was 10min/km on average which has got me really down. Anyway off to tidy up my garden and hopefully to put this out of my mind, go again on Tuesday and hope the pace and distance improves over the coming weeks.
