Just did the run, 2 x 10 minutes. I really enjoyed the cool breeze while running today. I always run early morning so today was different as I ran at lunch time. I had a mild stitch for the first time and think it was probably dehydration. Wasn't too bad though. Played music for the first time too and that was nice. I finally splashed the cash on some reasonable sport headphone that don't hurt my ears 😁
I haven't stick to any exercise routine for years and I. So chuffed to have come this far. It's so good to link with others who are surprising and amazing themselves on here too. No more couch dwelling for me!!

Well done Shash, I couldn't run without the music, so it's always nice when you splash the cash on something that makes a difference and makes you feel happier. Great to see you've got this far, real commitment. Looking forward to your other posts towards the podium
Yey....well done...I never run without my music...I once tried listening to a podcast about insects but the people talking for on my nerves!!! So it's music all the way for me...everyone's different, as long as it works!!! I need some good headphones too, I've just got a new phone & some new headphones, like you do, but the wire is long & I have to hold it while I'm running otherwise that gets on my nerves too, I've tried tucking it into various places (!) but it just pops out! So it'll be Bluetooth ones for me...I'm doing that run tomora (gulp) W6R1 was an absolute killer coz I went at it all cocky & clever...mistake!!! Glad you've conquered R2..good luck with R3
Ditto 're wk6r1. Killed me haha. I have karramore running pants with a pocket at the back just big enough for phone so the wire isn't too annoying. I'm quite tall though. R3 Thursday. Good luck with yours! 😃
