51 in 9 weeks and just started running again 5k in 22.08 .. any good ?? says 22.18 .. had a minor warm up

Are you doing c25k? I'm not sure what you are asking.....Yes good to run, good to be 51, good to do this programme! You need to warm up properly to avoid injury.

I think you know the answer to that already. But this forum is for people following C25k, and is not focused or dependent on speed.

I wonder if you have posted here by mistake? There are many running forums for experienced or fast runners that may suit you better.
