AlMorr Ambassador Graduate 5 years ago Wonderful, congratulations Tulipcat, a sub 40 minute 5K, brilliant, now go and celebrate, you must feel very proud of yourself, this Saturday you could run the same course as an official parkrun, you might even run a quicker time.

Congrats, I'm working towards my first 5k at Hesketh Park in Southport I can't wait but I'm only on week 5 of the C25K.

When’s the Hesketh Park 5k? I might fancy a go at that one!

I believe the Hesketh parkrun is every Sat morning, although I could be mistaken. It might be best to check the parkrun website.

Congratulations! Is that the one at Edge Hill? I generally work Saturday mornings so I haven't managed to get there yet!

It is indeed. I can’t do the real one this Saturday, but will there at next one.
