I'm in week 7 of c25k but today was the race for life near to me . At the start I went in with the runners and thought hey just go as far as you can , I ran the whole 5k !! I can't believe it my finishing time was 31 minutes I was astounded . Thank you for all the support in here I'm still going to finish the plan but I am on cloud 9 .

Fantastic! Really well done! The adrenaline surge we get from running with a crowd really helps those times, I think. All my PB's are from running in big races! 🙂 Enjoy these last couple of weeks of your C25k and then you can start thinking of new goals! Good luck🙂

Great time and great run!

Yes stick with the programme and begin your consolidation. Maybe take a couple of rest days just to be easy on those legs 🏃🏻‍♀️😀

Wow, well done you! So proud of you, you did it. I've actually noticed that it gets much easier once you get used to running 5k. The other day I actually managed 4.2km by mistake 😉. Keep running!!

I've just seen this - what a time! You must be so pleased with yourself and justifiably so. You do appear to be somewhat younger than me and you at least look like a runner (which you are of course). But, you have given me the impetus I need to get out to that park run on Saturday. Thanks and well done.
