W3R2 done. I'm trying to listen to Sarah millicans advice about bouncing. Of course I naturally bounce a lot so it's quite challenging not to. Also I have quite a ponytail swing going on! I've got a feeling that's prob not meant to happen either but never mind 😊

Every image of a fit young female runner involves a swishy pony tail, so I wouldn't worry about that.

The bounce is just something to be aware of and try to keep under control.

Listen to IannodaTruffe of course! Swishy ponytail envy. For me the bounce thing was more a reminder to push less upwards (energy wasted!), but forwards instead, and it helps me feel less 'thumpy'. Not to suggest you should push off hard forwards either. Oldfloss talks about 'kissing the ground with your feet'.

Don't overthink it though like I just have...

All I do is over think things ha! It's my middle name 😊

Thanks for the advice. I definitely have a lot to think about whilst running!
