I wasn’t too sure if I was going to run today or tomorrow since I’m definitely feeling these longer runs now!!! But I felt ready to run and I am so glad that I did!!! It was a wonderful run!! However, I am finding that I’m having pain in the arches of my feet (sort of on top more so than bottom). It’s nothing that’s super painful, but is definitely annoying and a small hindrance during my runs. Anyone experience this or have suggestions to help??
I will be resting for awhile due to “life happenings” 😂 (super busy this week and I refuse to run in the dark) but hopefully will finish up week 7 this Saturday!!!
