This morning we had the first frost of the season. I couldn't resist donning my kit and going for a run. After my last treadmill terror I couldn't wait. Hat and mittens later I was a strange site but out the door and warming up.
I took a longer warm up walk as suggested on the forum and hit the fields. I made a huge difference. I had a lovely run, with great views, robot legs that kept going and I didn't mind the cold one bit.
Yesterday was a rest day. Is it strange that when I saw the lovely sunset and the beckoning trees I just wanted to run? C25K is changing more than my fitness, its changing my head as well.
