I feel like if I don't run on a Sunday morning, I won't fit in my three runs in the week. I've become really precious about it.
I've started the podcasts for speed and stamina since graduating and im finding them spot on for now.
I've promised myself I will do at least two park runs before the end of the year so I've ordered a Booty DVD to strengthen my glutes. I think running is taking over my mind and body! ๐
