Anyone else have achey, tingly legs?

I'm at the end of week 6 and for about the last week I've suffered from almost constant achey legs coupled with a sensation of tingling. I like to get my runs done first thing, so I'm up and out the door by 5:15am. I run every other day rather than the 3 runs a week, but always make sure I give myself a rest day in between each run. I've also started eating better and have lost 7lbs so far which is almost half of what I'd like to lose. All in all I feel great and am very proud of what I've achieved, so I don't want to stop. Does anyone else suffer with achey, tingly legs and is there any advice on what I can do to ease it?

Tingling could mean trapped nerve? Might be worth trying an osteopath appointment.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. It's in both calves and thighs. I would have thought if it was a trapped nerve it would more likely be in only one leg. It may just be fatigued legs as they're not used to so much exercise! I appreciate your response.

You could frighten yourself by searching on Google, or make a doctors appointment. You'll probably be better by the time the appointment comes round. Hope you feel better soon.

I’ve had a similar sensation, particularly when going to bed. Could be restless legs?

Ah yes, i hadn't thought of that. That could well be it. Not pleasant. Thanks for your reply.

I have this, exactly the same and started the same time. Decided it was probably what it felt like when muscles grew so I didn’t get scared. 🤣I hate it, would rather hurt. Noticed that I don’t get it when I am super hydrated before and after recently but that could be a coincidence

That's interesting, I'll make sure I drink more before going out and see if that helps. Hope yours eases soon, it's really not nice!

I have found keeping hydrated stops my knee from aching so much. I don't think it's coincidence.
