Run 1 into work Monday morning with rucksack having discovered a) shower at work b) light rucksack not too bad 3) more inviting time than after work. Same again Wednesday. Have to say felt really fired up for rest of day. R3 park run though had to extend as time nearer 40 mins. Looking forward to week 3
