Week 2 Run 2 done this morning and for the first time found it tough , got through although run at the end was pretty slow... Should I repeat the run or hi for run 3 on Tuesday... Any advice

If you did it, go for the next run! I go slow, but have surprised myself every time I do the next one. I think we only need to redo runs if we fail to finish them. You can do it! Xx

I agree with Mel. I think you should only repeat a run if you fail to complete it.
There's always a 'bad' run every so often, where it's unexpectedly tough. There's loads of factors such as whether you slept enough, what you ate or drank etc.
I think we all get surprised at our first 'bad' run after a stream of good ones. Assume we've done something wrong or have reached our 'breaking point'.
Plus you've not even done the third run yet! See how that goes before you consider repeating. You'll probably surprise yourself.
Definitely do the next run. Perhaps you are going too quickly to start with? It’s all about pacing and building up your stamina (apparently) not about speed. If both feet leave the ground even though you can walk faster, it’s still running.
