Cramp!!!

Ahhhhh just went for my second run and had to stop half way through as got cramp in my left thigh and shin 🙊 I had a banana 30 minutes before I went out and had a drink of water just before I went out. It's really cold today and felt cold while I was doing my warm up walk, would it be better to warm up for longer on days like this?? Any tips please help as I don't want that to happen again 😢

Yes! I have always done longer warm ups as it takes me ages to get going

When it's really cold I warm up indoors before hitting the street for the warm up walk

The colder the weather the more you need to warm up, maybe some indoors stuff before you go out.
