Can't believe I made it through week 2. I was a little uneasy about doing it this evening as Saturday was a killer. That being said I had taken my lo to his swimming lesson and always get tired after being in the pool with him. But it had to be done as that evening we were heading out for my mum's big birthday. Thankfully tonight was not as bad as I had built it up to be and roll on Wednesday for week 3.

Well done!! Sounds like you’re doing well and feeling confident. A lot on here won’t run if they don’t feel 100% up for it, but I tend to push myself to keep on schedule as much as possible. I know how easy it is for me to fall out of habit with things - and I don’t want that to happen here!

Keep up the good work!

Thanks ashleev. I have been on this in more rain than good weather, but I am determined to stick to it. My hope is to be able to complete by Christmas and then use this to spurge on in the new year. I have about 40lb I want to loose so this is a great incentive

Of course you got to Week 2..........it's not Strictly Come Running!!!

Each run prepares you for the next.

Have faith.
