Goodbye Week 5 πŸ–πŸΌ

Yaaaaaaay! I just completed W5R3. I have amazed myself. First and last 5 mins were the hardest but the middle 10 was almost enjoyable. Took it slow and steady and focussed on having a positive mind. The legs and breathing were doing well but the mind didn’t quite believe i could do it. MJ was his normal encouraging self and of course Oldfloss was on my shoulder 😘 I can’t believe that is the furthest I have run in my life. C25k really works. To all those who have just started, YOU CAN DO IT. I’m going to go and shout from the rooftops πŸ™‹πŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ˜Š

Fantastic achievement! You've conquered the 'Widow Maker' run. It's a psychological challenge, and you passed. Absolutely no stopping you now. Feel good and be proud. You've earned the right πŸƒ 😊 x

Massive congratulations! I'm kind of dreading that run in a week, but I know how amazing this programme is at building you up to make each step-up achievable, so I'm hoping I'll be just like you, and smash it! X

Aww, well done there, you'll be graduating in no time, you'll see. l find once I reach 15 minutes into my run, my breathing seems to regulate, it's my legs that start to fail me, haha, but keep going, you're doing brilliantly.
