Those 20 mins!

Well I managed W5R3 today, but it was one of those "struggle runs" even though I went super slow. I did have a light moment when a shaggy little pony hurried towards me hoping I would toss him a carrot as I puffed my way past. He was sadly disappointed- I'll have to take one next time. 😃

Hidden - I was really worried about W5R3, but I needn't have been. You will do fine, I'm sure. if you've done the rest of the programme, which you have, you are totally ready for this. Go for it! And do report back :)

Thank you, hope those 20 mins go/ went well for you. 😁

Well done Elfe5 , it's quite a milestone, isn't it?

You are doing really really well, if you can crack W5R3, or "the widowmaker" as I saw it called on here recently, I reckon you've broken the back of it. Not saying it will be easy, but you CAN do it!

P.S. W5R3 tries to be all hard and tough, but really it's a pussy cat. Maybe a bad tempered one, but a pussy cat none the less :)

Thank you- I like the sound of " broken the back of it" - I will be more confident next time because I know now that I can do it. 😃

Well done on completing the run. It’s a tough one. I do mine too, also very slow but we did it so should be proud. Good luck with Week 6
