Managed all the running time day so pretty chuffed with myself, but I’ve only ended up with a bloody blister 😟 Really felt the runs in my thighs today and I seriously wanted to punch Sarah in the mouth every time she told me I only had a minute left (longest minute ever!)

Ouch... well done though !

Slow down, make sure you are doing your rest days exercise and your post run stretching too :) Now the runs are getting longer, you need to take care of yourself :)

Think it was caused because I’m running in ordinary socks and it had worn away, so foot was rubbing against my trainer. Will look for running socks. Thank you
