Strava Club?

I’ve been on Strava for a bit now. Use it more as an online journal rather than to analyse the various runs. Was wondering if there was a HealthUnlocked Strava club?

Thanks again John - all signed up. Going to have to seriously up the weekly mileage to put a dent in that leaderboard! 🤣👍🏻

I also find Strava great for the same reason you do. It's great to look back and read your logs. It's also great that there is a HU club, it's good to feel part of something where we can all share the joy of running.

I find the pace analysis useful for route planning. Knowing how quick (or in my case slow🤣) you go is great for working out the required distance to run for a particular period of time. Also interesting I think to look back and see how things like weather and temperature impact how far you can get too.

Exactly that. I have also been concentrating on low heart rate running this year (mainly due to knee injury and running slow to maintain it), its a VERY slow process but I do think I am improving running that bit faster and keeping the old heart rate a bit lower. I'm looking back on the app and comparing the heart rates on similar runs.
