2nd session for 1st week completed last night. I found this easier than the 1st, so have to say still found the last couple of jogs difficult. Dogs found it a bit confusing walk, jog, walk, no you can't stop and have a sniff / wee / etc. Legs not aching as much as they did after the 1st one. As i am soooo unused to jogging I am going to see how I go and repeat weeks if necessary.

Make sure you stretch after every run and you do other exercise on rest days too.. necessary for stamina and strength.. try these
Swimming, cycling, walking etc or Yoga can all help build us up
