2nd session for 1st week completed last night. I found this easier than the 1st, so have to say still found the last couple of jogs difficult. Dogs found it a bit confusing walk, jog, walk, no you can't stop and have a sniff / wee / etc. Legs not aching as much as they did after the 1st one. As i am soooo unused to jogging I am going to see how I go and repeat weeks if necessary.

Keep at it im wk2 rn1, happiness was wk1 rn3! Lol today much sadness 🤣

Make sure you stretch after every run and you do other exercise on rest days too.. necessary for stamina and strength.. try these :)

Swimming, cycling, walking etc or Yoga can all help build us up :)
