Keeping on going

Did my 20 mins and felt ok at the end.

Strangely it felt better not to have a break, I didn't get so hot and overheated!

Getting hot is my main problem at the moment.

Anyone else have this problem?

Any recommendations on head gear for overheating runners who want dry heads???😺

Thanks.

I notice that when I do stop my temperature sky rockets! Wonder why that is? Or perhaps I just notice it more.😎
