Just finished wk3 and worried about the leap to wk4. I have a history of dropping out when the going gets tough!

Keeping going....
You don't have to revisit your history. It's a new day and you have the power to choose to do this. You can do it and you will do it. We all have faith in you 👍
I'm no expert but I believe those pessimistic voices in your head are just there to challenge you Diana. You can do this. You just cross a line in your mind. Go at your own pace and be kind to yourself.
Diana63. A friend of my told me 'the mind always fails before the body.' Your body is ready. Be positive that you can do it - believe me if I can you can! Good luck - let's know how you get on when you do it 👍
Keep going I will run my second of week 4 later today. It was hard but actually very do able!
Well you just posted on here, so there's no backing down now. We will keep you up to the mark and cheer you across the finish line.
Positivity and self belief are key and the plan will bolster those in you, if you let it. We have no truck with negativity here......what is it good for........ absolutely nothing.
You can, and will, do this.
Thank you for all your support. Due to run on Tuesday. I've come this far so best foot forward😺
Say it again y'all 👍👍😀
I find telling people that I'm doing my run today helps me go out and actually do it . Then when I'm out positive thoughts, if the designers of this programme think you can do the run then you can. The thought of having to repeat it if I stop and then having to do an extra run in that week often spurs me onto complete doesnt matter how slow it is
We are with you.... worry not.... right beside you, encouraging you and urging you gently one... squish any gremlins and go for it
I think I saw a little typo I think you meant to say 'had a history' and not the present tense. You've posted here, that means something to you obviously. So go you with courage and extra big trainers to kick any negativity into touch. Good luck oh and btw I've put a note in my diary for your Tuesday run...
So - how did the run go?
