Week 7 Run 1 (W7R1) Completed - that's a 25 minute run right there πŸƒ 😊

Well, things are definitely stepping up a bit. However, that felt good! Laura (that delightful voice in my headphones) even encouraged me to push a little bit harder for the final minute.

I'm actually enjoying this now. Only two more of the same to do this week ☺ πŸƒ

I’m still amazed with myself....25 minutes! When 90 seconds used to feel like a lifetime lol.

I've just completed the exact same run myself tonight and like you say it felt real good, I made sure my pace was steady and consistent. Now looking forward to Thursday.

Thanks Mummycav109

It is indeed so transformational. When I look back to Week 1 (exhausted running for 60 seconds...) I'm amazed at how far we've come... πŸƒ 😊

Brilliant. 25 mins sounds like forever when I’m running for 5 mins. Well done πŸ‘

I recall Week 1 when running for 60 seconds was a stretch. It's amazing just how your body and breathing adjusts as you progress through the programme. 5 min will soon become 8 which will then become 20. You'll amaze yourself πŸƒ ☺
