Knickers or no knickers? That is the question šŸ˜

Iā€™m was fed up with feeling uncomfortable in my normal underwear but wasnā€™t sure if there was such a thing as running knickers? Anything anyone can recommend? So I just havenā€™t been wearing any and feel ok with that! But wondered what other ladies do? Of course, the running bra is a must for me.

I'm happy to admit that I wear some Bridget Jones type stretchy things that a) keep my butt warm on colder days and b) keep my jiggly bits in place. Also make me look neater in leggings šŸ˜

I don't want any camel toes or butt crack revelations for passers by.

Similar to Burkey46, I wear some big triumph sturdy ā€œBridget Jones styleā€ knickers that at least help hold my wobbly bits a little. As they come up high at front and back thereā€™s no chance of them rolling down. I think my cycling shorts are possibly slightly compression, so again hold my tum in a little. I think decathlon had some running knickers but I didnā€™t look that closely as happy with what I wear - good luck

Not a lady here, but the trick seems to be to avoid cotton as a material that's going to be close to the skin.

I have some Runderwear knickers. I find that they stay on place, do not ride up and are extremely comfortable. I am not confident enough to run commando. They also have thongs.

Its best to avoid cotton when running.
