I think my inner technophobe is plying games with me. It has occurred to me I have been running all these weeks without being able to track my runs etc ...can anyone tell me how /where this is as I am going into week 9 and would like to be able to log the runs 😂
I know it will be me doing something rediculousy obviously wrong!

It needs another app... there’s several... biggest three are MapMyRun, Strava and Nike Run Club. All track the same, and others are available but have different strengths in other ways... depends what else you want.
Just start your warmup on C25K and then launch the other app ready to hit start on there as you run (I use Nike and it gives a customised countdown, default is 3 seconds) then stop the tracker as you go into cooldown... job done.
There’s always a run watch but that’s money I bought myself one when I graduated though. Garmin forerunner 10
Endomondo and runkeeper are free apps which will measure things for you. You can type in to Endomondo how far your planned run is and it will tell you when you are done and give you the timings etc Runkeeper does the stats but I don’t know about any voice You get a voice with the paid RunkeeperGo
Hi UNM, I use Mapmyrun and it seems to go very well on my new Smartphone, BUT that PB of my second of three 5ks runs that I have ran there are two slightly different times. The time on large bold shows as 33.40, that is the time I told everyone here on C25K about, but I have just noticed at the 1k split time that at the exact 5k split it shows 32.25, that is a difference of 1.15,not sure which one is correct.
There is always a slight difference of a few metres, when the lady on the app told me that I had ran 5k I just stopped, got the phone out of my pocket and pressed save. Apart from that it seemed OK. But a minute and 15 seconds seems a lot, for example I could run 30.45 and the 5k split might say 29.50, I would then be wondering whether or not I had run a sub 30 minute 5k.
