First run after graduating so tried C25K+

Well after my graduation 5K on Saturday my legs were a bit sore so I had a couple of days off. By this afternoon I couldn't wait to get out there again so I tried the C25K+ podcast with the intervals and it was just what I needed - a bit of variety after doing 30 minute runs. These should certainly keep me going between Parkruns

Well done..but, at this stage, so soon after Graduation you really need to do some thirty minute consolidation.. short and long runs and runs of 30 minutes.

Then, after a couple of weeks of this, with some varied routes, use the C25K+ podcasts. Your muscles and stamina and strength are still growing :)
