W4 R1 after 4 days off!

And it was Windy, rainy and the sky looks like someone turned the lights off. Been away for a wedding the last 3 days which included 18 hours of driving, 800 miles and countless vodkas so could not put it off any longer. It was hard going...the first 5 minutes was ok but the 3 minutes in the middle and the last 5 minutes nearly finished me off. Still I did it and I'm happy we didn't choose the couch instead! (Though I'm on it recovering now!!)
