So I have had a sore throat for a couple of days but the rest of me didn't seem affected and apart from a bit of tiredness and it wasn't that bad so I thought I would run this morning anyway.
I completed the run but found it soooo hard. It was my 3rd run of week 4 and I found it the hardest one yet which seems to prove that I am a bit under the weather. I think the fact that I had been feeling tired anyway should have told me that I wasn't up to running but it was worth giving it a go and I still completed the run.
I think I will feel okay for me next run - Sunday, week 5 - ahhhh!
Anyone else tried running with colds?
