Did my 2nd Parkrun on Saturday. First was in Feb, mostly walked. This time ran all the way albeit slowly - 38min 11 secs. Was very afraid at the start - but took the plunge, and so glad I did. Would recommend this - just have a go - you will surprise yourself!

Folk love them.... especially when at the end of the programme

Well done Jenny! I am a similar time to you, I can't run all of mine but most of it (just walked the hills). I am looking forward to improving my time but am in no rush!
