Hi All
Did the Coventry Parkrun this morning. My time was 36:41 and i came 540th out of 614.Not a blistering pace but i did run all the way round even though i did feel like walking near the end i carried on determined to get round I won't pretend it was easy and i had doubts about doing it especially as i had not run at all this week but i'm glad i finished and celebrated with a post run coffee and cake! no real aches and pains after and looking forward to improving my time.
Congratulations - wow Coventry parkrun is popular - over 600 runners?? That would scare me a bit, so well done and that's a very good first time. Hoping to do my first by the end of this month

Well done! I am working on being able to run the whole thing, usually do one of my c25k runs at Parkrun. We had over 700 runners yesterday! Hope yours had the same friendly atmosphere as ours :).
