Week 2 completed

Feeling good, chose a hilly route, and able to speed up at the end of final 90 secs, so confident for the start of week 3. The following week I’ll be away and unlikely to be able to run - any tips on what to do if you have a longer break between runs than normal?

Well done, sounds like steady and confident progress.

You won't lose much condition in a couple of weeks, thereafter it becomes more obvious. If you really can't run then maybe you can do some strengthening exercises nhs.uk/Video/Pages/strength... which will be beneficial to your general condition.
