So happy to have completed Week 2 at the gym today. Week 3 is a bit daunting. 3 minutes running seems a lot. Going to push it and hopefully get through. Early night on Sunday for maximum energy on Monday! 🚶🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🚶🏽♀️🤞🏼

The C25K programme will take you through to Graduation if you follow it... Steady and slow is the way to get to that Graduation podium, injury free and having had fun
It builds up your running stamina slowly and safely... and the trick is.. think how far you have come and not what is to come... Honestly..it is the way
Pushing and trying a bit too hard, too soon, can only result in a trip to the IC... not a great place to be ... so you will be fine on Week 3... trust the programme, have faith in yourself..
