Well just home from holiday about 6ish last night & decided i had to fit in a run as i was due out on Thursday & didn't make it so I as soon as i came in the house I changed into my running gear!!
Its funny as i found my first half of the run was hard going and once i got the pace right the second half was a lot better and I carried on walk/run for a wee bit longer and finished walking 4km as im trying to get to at least 10000 steps . Would love to do that daily but work gets in the way! Great feeling once doneππonwards to week 4 tomorrow πhappy running this weekend to everyone ππ
