Hi Vonhorn ....well done on completing the first couple of runs....no, it’s not important to run every other day, if you have extra rest days in between that’s fine...depends how you feel & when you can fit your runs in....it’s usually when the longer runs kick in that extra rest days are taken by some, but it all depends on life & no two lives are the same are they ? So if you complete a run, do the next one when you can...if you don’t complete a run, bag the stamina & Kms & repeat it....every run should be slow & steady...if you remember that you’ll be fine...the slower the start, the better! Good luck & post when you can...we’re all here when you need advice, tips or encouragement 😉
Hey don't be disappointed 😔 ur still running despite been busy . Sometimes I have to have 4 rest days depending on my shifts I work 12 hour days . There's no rush or competition just complete the runs in your own time and well done for starting x
As others have said, just do it when you can. It's not a competition and a lot of us have taken longer than the 9 weeks because life gets in the way - I think week 8 took me a month. The important thing is that you keep going and you will get there however long it takes.
