Disappointed! Only on w1 r2 because of busy life ๐Ÿ˜Œ but I managed it and if I get r3 in by the end of week iv still managed 3 in a week.

Is it best to stick to strictly run every other day?

What lovely weather weโ€™re having here in Liverpool, encourages you to go out ๐Ÿ‘

Hi Vonhorn ....well done on completing the first couple of runs....no, itโ€™s not important to run every other day, if you have extra rest days in between thatโ€™s fine...depends how you feel & when you can fit your runs in....itโ€™s usually when the longer runs kick in that extra rest days are taken by some, but it all depends on life & no two lives are the same are they ? So if you complete a run, do the next one when you can...if you donโ€™t complete a run, bag the stamina & Kms & repeat it....every run should be slow & steady...if you remember that youโ€™ll be fine...the slower the start, the better! Good luck & post when you can...weโ€™re all here when you need advice, tips or encouragement ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hey don't be disappointed ๐Ÿ˜” ur still running despite been busy . Sometimes I have to have 4 rest days depending on my shifts I work 12 hour days . There's no rush or competition just complete the runs in your own time and well done for starting x

As others have said, just do it when you can. It's not a competition and a lot of us have taken longer than the 9 weeks because life gets in the way - I think week 8 took me a month. The important thing is that you keep going and you will get there however long it takes.
